Why is there no free plan?
Free plans are paid for by someone, usually with upsells and limits that show up at the worst time. Five dollars keeps the incentives simple: you pay, we make the product better.
What counts as a monthly visitor?
Each different person seen in your product during a calendar month, signed in or not. Someone who visits every day still counts once. Your own team is free, so invite as many people as you like.
What if I get more visitors than my plan?
Tracking never stops and no data is dropped. If you stay over for a whole month, we move you up a plan and tell you before it happens.
What happens after the 7 day trial?
Your plan starts and you are billed monthly. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time. Every plan has every feature, so nothing you built goes away.
